(2)
In the application of the provisions of this Act to any person, the provisions shall apply subject to the provisions of the Financial
Services Act 2013, Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 and the
Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996.

(3)
Where there is conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the Financial Services Act 2013, Islamic
Financial Services Act 2013, the provisions of the Financial Services
Act 2013, Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 shall prevail.
(4)
Where there is conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the Labuan Financial Services Authority
Act 1996, the provisions of the Labuan Financial Services Authority
Act 1996 shall prevail.
