5. Amendment of section 5

Subsection 5(4) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the words “skills training loans” the words

“and skills training financial assistance,”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “government bonds and securities” the words “bonds and securities of the

Government”.
