7. Amendment of section 9

Paragraph 9(2)(c) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting after the words “skills training loans” the words

“and skills training financial assistance”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “approved training programme”

the words “approved skills training programme”.
