Removal of articles from infected premises

Section 35
(l)
A veterinary authority may by order prohibit the removal of milk, manure, fodder, litter or other articles likely to carry or convey infection from premises on which there is or recently has been, any animal or bird infected with disease.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with an order made under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.
