Section 4
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 6
the following section:
“6. Except as specifically provided in any order made under paragraph 5(1)(a), no person shall import any animal or bird except in accordance with a licence in that behalf issued by the Director General of Quarantine and Inspection under
