Section 25 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “competent authority” the words “or the regulatory or supervisory authority, as the case may be,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b), by inserting after the word “transaction”

the words “or activity”.
