Section 44 of the principal Act is amended—

Section 24
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “or any terrorist property” the words “any terrorist property or proliferator property”; and
(ii)
in subparagraph (b)(i), by substituting for the words “subsection 4(1) or a terrorism financing offence” the words “subsection 4(1) or 4a(2), a terrorism financing offence or a restricted activity financing offence”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (8); and
(c)
in subsection (9), by deleting the words “(if any), as the case may be,”.
