Section 21A

Where the Director is satisfied that reasonable steps are not being taken for properly preserving the monument or site, he may carry out such repair works, after giving any person appearing to the Director to be the owner of the monument or site two weeks notice of his intention to do so, and all costs and expenses reasonably incurred to carry out the works shall be reimbursed by such person.
