Section 18
(1)
The Minister may by order declare any monument to be an ancient monument

and any site to be a historical site and may determine the limits of such monument or site.
(2)
The Director may publish in the Gazette a schedule of ancient monuments and historical sites together with the limits thereof and may from time to time add to or amend such schedule.
