(1)
The Government may sell any antiquity which is the property of the Government.
(2)
Where any antiquity is sold under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section by the Government to any person then, unless it is otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the parties to such sale, the provisions of section 10 of this Enactment shall cease to apply to such antiquity and a licence to export such antiquity shall, if requested, be granted to the owner in respect of such antiquity.
