Section 42
The Minister may make rules for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Enactment, and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make rules —
(a)
prescribing the conditions and restrictions (including the payment and amount of a fee) subject to which any licence or permit under this Enactment may be granted or issued;
(b)
prescribing the conditions and restrictions (including the payment and amount of a fee) subject to which members of the public may have access to any ancient monuments on State land; and
(c)
prescribing a penalty of a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit for the contravention or failure to comply with any of the provisions of any rule made under this section or with the restrictions or conditions of any licence or permit granted under any such rules.
