Section 41B

Where the offence committed resulted in damage to an antiquity or the demolition or destruction of an ancient monument or historical site, the Court may order the person to pay, in addition to any penalty that may be imposed under subsection (1), the market value of the antiquity or the costs of the repair, restoration or reconstruction of the monument or site.
