Section 132

Nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Part shall prejudice the exercise of the functions conferred (whether by regulations made under this Part or otherwise) on the Judge Advocate General of considering and reporting on the proceedings of courts-martial or any other functions so conferred on him in relation to such courts.
