Section 138

The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593] and of the Prisons Act 1995 [Act 537], and of any rules made thereunder shall apply in relation to the execution in a civil prison of a sentence of death passed by a court-martial for any offence, but with the substitution in such written laws for references to the Superintendent of Prisons or Officer-in-Charge, as the case may be of references to the provost marshal or other provost officer responsible for the due execution of the sentence.
