Section 187A

For the purposes of Part V, the contributions shall be deemed to be service property.

The Armed Forces Council may issue Perintah Majlis

Angkatan Tentera for the purpose of this section including providing for the appointment of persons by whom and the manner in which the contributions are to be administered, managed, controlled and disbursed.

For the purpose of this section, “unit” means headquarters, formation, base, ship, station, depot, training centre or any of its equivalent.
