Section 9

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may by order published in the

Gazette vest in the Authority, for purposes of carrying out any of its functions, the management and control of any property, movable or immovable which is vested in the Government. Any such property vested in the Authority which ceases to be used for the purposes stated in the vesting order shall revert to the Government without payment of compensation.
