Section 90
(1)
It shall be sufficient in any summons issued by a
Magistrate’s Court under this Act or any rules or by-laws made thereunder, against a firm or company, to direct that the summons be served on the firm or company, or an officer or manager thereof.
(2)
Service of the summons at the usual place of business of the firm or company shall be deemed to be sufficient service thereof.
