Section 6

On breach of any such condition, the local authority may give the owner or occupier notice to comply with such condition and, if such condition is not complied with within thirty days, the owner or occupier shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of one thousand ringgit, and the Court upon conviction of the owner or occupier shall, on the application of the local authority, make a mandatory order for the removal of such projection.

Penalty

Any person who contravenes any of the conditions imposed under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of one thousand ringgit and shall also be liable to a further fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty ringgit for every day during which the offence is continued after a notice to remedy the contravention has been served upon the owner or occupier.
