Section 8C

Where a person has been convicted of an offence under section 8B(15), the local authority may revoke the approval of any plan and specification and permission given under this Ordinance and he shall, upon receipt of the notice of such revocation, forthwith cease the whole of the erection of building:

Provided that before exercising its powers under this section, the local authority shall consult the competent planning authority.
