(2)
Unless otherwise provided in the constitution, a written resolution—
(a)
circulated in hard copy shall be sent to any member either personally or by post to the address provided by the member to the company for such purpose; or
(b)
circulated in electronic form shall be transmitted to the electronic address provided by the member to the company for such purpose.
