Resolutions at meetings of members

Section 309
Unless otherwise provided in the constitution, a resolution shall be validly passed at a meeting of members if—
(a)
notice of the meeting and of the resolution is given; and
(b)
the meeting is held and conducted, in accordance with the provisions of this Subdivision.
