Power to convene meetings of members

Section 310

A meeting of members may be convened by—

(a)

the Board; or

(b)

any member holding at least ten per centum of the issued share capital of a company or a lower percentage as specified in the constitution or if the company has no share capital, by at least five per centum in the number of the members.
