Period for agreeing to written resolution

Section 307
(1)
Unless otherwise provided in the constitution, a proposed written resolution made under section 302 lapses if it is not passed before the end of the period of twenty-eight days beginning with the circulation date.
(2)
The agreement of a member to a written resolution shall not be effective if it is signified after the expiry of that period.
