Relodging of lost or destroyed documents
(2)
The corporation or any officer of the corporation shall comply with the direction of the Registrar within fourteen days from the service of the notice under subsection (1) or such longer period as the
Registrar may allow.
(3)
Upon the relodgement under subsection (1), the copy of the document shall, for all purposes, have the same force and effect as the originally lodged document.

(4)
No fee shall be payable upon the relodging of a document under this section.
(5)
The corporation and any officer of the corporation who fails to comply with the direction of the Registrar under subsection (1) commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
