The Registrar shall have the power and upon payment of the prescribed fee, to extend any period of time relating to the lodgement of any document required to be lodged under this Act to such further period as the Registrar deems just and expedient, and the Registrar may require additional information and impose any terms and conditions as the Registrar deems fit.
