615. Exemption

The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the
Commission, by order exempt any person, corporation or class of corporations from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
In exercising his power under this section, the Minister may—
(a)
form a committee to assist him in reaching the decision;
(b)
request information or documentation or personal representation from any person, the corporation or class of corporations in order for him to be satisfied with the recommendation; and
(c)
impose any terms and conditions as he thinks fit.
