Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Copyright Act 1987 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the
Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for the coming into force of different provisions of this Act.
(2)
This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.
