Section 6

Subject to this Act, no copyright shall subsist otherwise than by virtue of this Act.



*NOTE—The Deputy Controllers of Copyright, Assistant Controllers of Copyright and other officers appointed by the Corporation before the date of coming into operation of this Act shall be deemed to have been appointed under subsection 5(2) of the Copyright Act 1987 [Act 332]─see subsection 38(1) of the
