(2)
The Tribunal shall have the power to decide on the following matters:
(a)
an application by a performer under section 16B;
(b)
any reference by an operator, a person or an organization referred to in Part IVA;
(c)
an appeal by a collective management body under subsection 27A(7); and
(d)
the exercise of the power under sections 31 and 59c.
