Section 9
(1)
The Registrar shall establish and maintain a Register of
Credit Reporting Agencies.
(2)
The Register shall contain the names and addresses of all credit reporting agencies which have been registered under subsection 14(2) and any other particulars regarding such credit reporting agencies as may be determined by the Registrar.
(3)
Subject to subsection (4), the Registrar shall make the
Register available for inspection by the public, subject to such conditions as he may think fit.
(4)
A person may on payment of the prescribed fee—
(a)
inspect the Register; or
(b)
make a copy of or take extracts from an entry in the
Register.
