Section 6
(1)
The Minister shall appoint such number of public officers as Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars as are necessary to assist the Registrar in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act.
(2)
The Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars appointed under subsection (1) shall be subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Registrar.
