Power of Minister to direct examination
The Minister may at any time direct the Bank to examine the business and affairs of any prescribed institution and any of its offices and subsidiaries in or outside Malaysia if he suspects that such prescribed institution or its subsidiary is carrying on business in a manner which is, or which is likely to be, detrimental to the interests of stakeholders or has insufficient assets to cover liabilities to the
