Subsection 49(3) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for the word “one” the word “five”;
and
(b)
by deleting the words “and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction”.
