Section 60
Section 71 of the principal Act is amended—
of Development Financial Institutions (Amendment) Act 2015
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (d);
(ii)
by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (e) a semicolon; and
Development Financial Institutions (Amendment)
(iii)
by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraphs:
“(f) there is any weakness in the internal controls which is relevant to the financial reporting process undertaken by the prescribed institution; or
(g)
the financial position of the prescribed institution is likely to be or has been materially affected by any event, conduct of activity by the prescribed institution or any weakness in the internal controls of the prescribed institution.”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (2).
