(a)
by substituting for the word “five” the words “twenty-five”;
and
Development Financial Institutions (Amendment)
(b)
by deleting the words “and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction”.
