Sections 17, 18 and 19 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to a review and an alteration of the East

Coast Economic Region Master Plan as it applies in relation to the preparation of the draft East Coast Economic Region Master Plan and the subsequent approval and adoption by the State Government affected by such review and alteration.
