Section 42

Any member of the Council who fails to disclose his interest as required under paragraph 6 of the First Schedule and any member of a committee and the Implementation and Coordination Committee who fails to disclose his interest as required under paragraph 6 of the

Second Schedule commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
