Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the East Coast Economic Region
Development Council Act 2008.
(2)
This Act comes into operation on such date as the Prime
Minister may, after consultation with the State Authorities of
Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Johor, appoint by notification in the Gazette.
