(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Council shall, as soon as may be practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Prime
Minister and, if so directed by the Prime Minister, to any other public authority a report dealing with the activities of the Council during the preceding financial year.

The report under subsection (2) shall be in such form and shall contain such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the
Council as the Prime Minister may, from time to time, specify.
