19. Vacation of office

Feedback & support

A member of the Investment Panel shall be deemed to have vacated his office—

(a)

upon his death; or

(b)

upon his failure to attend three consecutive meetings of the Investment Panel without the permission of the

Chairman of the Investment Panel.
