Section 6
(1)
Subject to subsection 7(2), sections 8 and 22, a member of the
Board, other than the chief executive officer, shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years.
(2)
A member of the Board referred to in subsection (1) shall be eligible for reappointment but no member shall hold office for a total term of more than twelve years.
