Section 21
(1)
If on any question to be determined there is an equality of votes, the Chairman of the Investment Panel shall have the casting vote in addition to his original vote.
(2)
Where the Chairman is also the chief executive officer and he is appointed to be the Chairman of the Investment Panel, he shall have no vote in his capacity as the chief executive officer.
