Section 52
(1)
The Organization shall in each year prepare a budget showing the probable receipts and the estimate of the expenditure of the
Organization for the ensuing year containing such adequate particulars as the Minister may determine for the discharge of the liabilities incurred by the Organization and for the maintenance of a working balance under this Act.
(2)
The budget shall be submitted for the approval of the Minister before such date as he may fix.
