Section 32

Any training institution may apply to be registered under this Act if the training institution—

is a company, limited liability partnership, firm, society or other body of persons incorporated or established under any written law;

fulfils other prerequisite requirements as may be determined by the Commission; and

has not been convicted of an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or corruption.
