Section 41
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, authorize any officer of the Commission to exercise the powers of enforcement under this
Act.
(2)
Any officer of the Commission authorized under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
