Section 25

No energy auditor shall conduct any energy audit under this Act unless he is registered under this Act and holds a valid practising certificate issued under this Act.

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
