Section 17
(1)
No person shall sell, offer to sell, display, advertise or lease any energy-using product to which this Act applies unless the energy-using product is affixed with an energy efficiency rating label issued under subsection 21(5).
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
