Appointment of officers

Section 4
(1)
There shall be appointed an officer to be styled the Chief Inspector of Factories and Machinery and such number of Deputy Chief Inspectors of
Factories and Machinery, Senior Inspectors of Factories and Machinery and
Machinery and Inspectors of Factories and Machinery as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
There shall be appointed such other officers as may be expedient for the performance of such duties as may be prescribed under this Act.
