Section 60

Nothing in this Act shall apply to the areas defined in the

Schedules to the River Rights Enactment [Cap. 207], or to the area known as Karang Ayer Leleh and defined in the Schedule to the

Karang Ayer Leleh Enactment [Cap. 220], or shall affect the exclusive rights of a Ruler to fish within and over the said areas.
