Section 22

Any proper officer of customs may in a free trade zone examine any goods which are being taken into or being removed from a free trade zone or intended to be taken into or from a free trade zone and for the purpose of such examination direct the same to be brought to a customs office or a customs station and may open any package or receptacle.
